Association of Serviced Apartment Providers (ASAP)

With hotels awarded ‘star’ ratings offering guarantees to guests; corporate buyers would also prefer to be assured of the quality and facilities of the serviced apartment they are reserving for their colleagues.

That is why ASAP (Association of Serviced Apartment Providers) are offering their members a system of accreditation.

ASAP’s mission is to bring together the best in serviced apartment providers throughout the UK and Ireland, so visitors can book with confidence and a peace of mind.

ASAP’s Managing Director, James Foice, unveiled the organisations Quality Assurance Programme at the London, December 2013  annual conference.

There is a lot to think about in the planning as it is difficult to compare the qualities offered by a period property to that of a trendy apartment and the check list is quite extensive.  The list ranges from the quality of the bed provided to the paint on the walls.

In the early part of last year,  City Stay received a visit from James and we were happy to have him as a guest as well.   James ensured that we were delivering the style of product ASAP are requesting.
