Rewarding Loyalty!

We love to reward our loyal customers here at City Stay, and what better way to say thank you than a loyalty scheme!

Our loyalty scheme is for past customers, who want to return on a regular bases.

Book 10 nights & get the 11th free!

Don’t worry, it doesn’t have to be all in one go, we will keep a record of the days you stay, minimum 2 night stay.

However, with every scheme comes the Ts & Cs – Please see below:

City Stay Loyalty Scheme – Terms & Conditions

– Only valid on bookings from 09/04/18 – 09/10/18 (6 month trial)

– Guests cannot back-date their free nights more than 7 days after arrival. Any bookings not claimed 7 days after check out will not be counted.

– Guests need to make us aware 7 days before arrival if they are due a free night (Before we take payment)

– Monday – Friday bookings only

– 2 night minimum stay (any 1 night bookings will not count towards the scheme)

– Only valid on DIRECT bookings – To book directly email us on info@citystayaparts.com or call 01908 664516

– City Stay will have a record of the amount of days you have stayed (from 09/04/18) – Any bookings before 09/04/18 are not valid nor accounting in the scheme.

– The 11th night will appear as £0.00 on any invoices.

– The 11th night does not count as a night towards the scheme, it will start again from the 12th night.

– The free nights must be claimed within the 6 month period (above)

– City stay will not automatically apply the scheme to your bookings, its up to you to make us aware of the amount of free nights you are due. Please email us or call us. City Stay will have a record of your stays and will check your bookings once notified by yourself. 

– City Stay’s full terms and conditions still apply.
